Jessica Silva, M.A., CCC-SLP is the Lead Speech-Language Pathologist on a Baltimore City Public Schools initiative which focuses on improving student outcomes through collaboration, consultation, prevention and early intervention. Jessica obtained her Master of Arts degree in Hearing and Speech Sciences from the University of Maryland in 2009.
